SCHEDULING

To schedule an appointment, please contact our Spa Front Desk Staff who will assist in booking your perfect spa experience. Inn Walden guests can dial 2100 from their Inn suite. From outside of Inn Walden, please call 330.995.9772, send us an email at spa@yourwalden.com or visit our website www.yourwalden.com. Booking at least two weeks in advance can help to ensure your preferred time and treatment selection. All spa treatment reservations can be guaranteed under the guests’ name with a valid credit card.

ARRIVAL

En-Suite relaxation time is complimentary for all clients 30 minutes prior to your service start time and 30 minutes upon conclusion of treatment. Service Start Time is the exact time your treatment will start (included on itinerary) *Arrival at this time means you are forgoing your private en-suite relaxation time*

LATE ARRIVALS

Please note that a late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. All treatments will end on scheduled time so as to be courteous to the next guest. Thank you for your kind consideration of this matter.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to other guests, we kindly ask that cancellations or changes for both spa and salon be made by 6:00 pm the day prior to your scheduled treatments. Should you cancel or change your appointment, with less than a 24 hour notice, you will incur a charge. This charge will be 50% per spa treatment and 50% of your salon treatment. Failure to call, email or no-show for appointments will result in a 100% charge for reserved treatments.

FIRST TRIMESTER PREGNANCY

Spa Walden does not perform full body massage on pregnant women in their first trimester without a signed doctor’s consent. Please call Spa  Walden at 330-995-9772 and alert our receptionists if you are scheduled for a massage so that other service options may be reviewed and cancellations can be avoided.

SHAVING

Prior to any body scrub or waxing treatments we recommend that you do not shave the day of your appointment.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Spa guests must be 16 years of age and older to receive a facial and 18 years of age and older to receive a massage or body treatment.
For both nail and hair services, anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please remove any jewelry or other valuable items before your spa visit. Spa Walden will not be held responsible for misplaced or lost items.

GRATUITIES

For your convenience, a 10% gratuity is added to the price of all Spa and Salon services. Additional gratuities are discretionary and may be added upon your request. Rates are subject to change without notice.

GIFT CARDS

Not redeemable for cash. Not responsible if lost or stolen. Gift card will expire completely after 5 years from date of purchase. After 2 years from the date of purchase a 2.77% fee will be charged to your card each month there has been a 12-month span of inactivity.
