DERMATOLOGY SERVICES

BOTOX/DYSPORT

(starting at $400)
Small injections help diminish unwanted frown lines, crow’s feet and forehead lines for a more relaxed appearance and to prevent further deepening of expression lines. Even radial lines around the lips and unsightly neck bands improve with Spa Walden’s innovative Botox treatment. This treatment begins to work in four to seven days after treatment and usually lasts three to four months.

FILLERS

(starting at $600 per injection)
Spa Walden offers skin fillers to soften facial lines. Consider treatment of your nasolabial folds, which are lines from the nose to the corners of the mouth or the “marionette” lines from the corner of the mouth to the jaw. Fillers are excellent options for lip enhancement and reviving the hollow area under the eyes. Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm Ultra and Juvederm Ultra Plus represent hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that occurs in the skin. These products last for 6-12 months and can be used virtually anywhere on the face. Radiesse, made of calcium hydroxylapatite, may last 1-2 years but cannot be used in all areas. The best product for your personal needs will be chosen during your consultation with our Doctors.

MICRODERMABRASION

(Starting at $150)
Spa Walden’s full medical-grade Parisian Peel microdermabrasion treatment loosens and removes dead skin cells and clears clogged pores while stimulating collagen production in the deeper skin layers. This treatment leaves your skin softer, clarified and much smoother. Results improve with successive treatments.

IRIDERM LASER

(Starting at $250)
Spa Walden utilizes a 532mm visible light laser that diminishes broken capillaries and lightens unsightly brown spots. No lengthy preparation is needed prior to this treatment and recovery is minimal. While most treated areas improve after only one session, occasionally additional treatments may be necessary. Make-up may be applied immediately after treatment.

FULL DERMATOLOGIC CARE

Full dermatologic care is available to Spa Walden guests by Dr. Kassouf and her esteemed colleagues at University Dermatologists, Inc. Skin cancer evaluation and treatment, medical skin condition evaluation and treatment, and other cosmetic enhancements; such as full laser resurfacing, liposuction
and laser hair removal, are completed at their additional six sites around the Greater Cleveland and Akron areas.

DERMATOLOGIC PRICING

Spa Walden’s Doctor’s will consult with you to determine the best dermatologic treatments according to your personal requirements and desired results. Pricing will vary according to customized treatment options. Removal of skin top and other minor dermatological procedures are available and priced on a individual basis.

DERMATOLOGIC CONSULTATION

($200 with Dr. Kassouf) Fee may be waived if client schedules another procedure.

Amy Hehr Kassouf, M.D., of University Dermatologists, Inc., is a Board Certified Dermatologist and graduate of Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Kassouf comes to Spa Walden with many years of laser and cosmetic dermatology experience. She is available by special appointment to evaluate the condition of your skin and your specific cosmetic needs. With state-of-the art skill and training, she will help you understand your skin and provide the proper treatment(s) – many of which are now available in the privacy of your spa suite.
