Spa Walden’s Director Jenessee Taylor-Roy loves Yin Yoga, a completely grounded yoga practice where you hold each pose for 5-10 minutes. “I do meditation during the poses, so it’s really relaxing, plus it takes your mind off holding the pose for an extremely long time,” says Jenessee. Her focus is on meditation and eastern philosophies. “I started out loving power, but have evolved my practice into a body mind loving session good for all levels,” explains Jenessee.
Join Barrie Rosencrans for Yoga Flow, a fluid Vinyasa flow with Hatha Yoga mixed in. “ I teach with a passion to connect my students to thier true selves,” explains Barrie, “ I strive to teach students to see life in its simplicity.Yoga can teach you to see yourself and your yoga practice from the inside out. Yoga keeps me at peace and harmony with my mind, body, and soul, while also relieving the stresses of my every day life. Yoga is such a different type of experience for me.
