Come join your friends for a fun Circuit Training Class (this includes:weight training, cardiovascular training and A LOT of abdominal/low back work.)
ALSO, stay warm and toned with a Power Yoga class or a Yoga basics class.
These classes will be held at the club house and will accommodate all fitness levels and BOTH men and women!!
