Throughout the season of Lent, Chef Pete will be featuring a variety of fish and seafood specials. This is not your ordinary fish fry you may remember from your childhood, although he will feature a traditional fish fry platter! Tonight he will feature a simple cup of soup or breaded lake erie perch for those who prefer to eat lighter meals in the spirit of a Lenten Sacrifice. If you enjoy great seafood, Chef Pete has created a unique menu designed for those fasting from meat but also for those who enjoy a savory fish dinner! Tonight Chef Pete will feature: She Crab Soup, Marinated Albacore Tuna, Dungeness Crab Cakes, Iced or BBQ Oysters, Fish and Chips, Breaded Lake Erie Perch, New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Maine Mussels in Five Styles, Ice Fished Lake Whitefish,and Spago’s Smoked Salmon Pizza. Lenten features will be served throughout Lent every Friday concluding Good Friday, April 18.
