On January 19 join your Club Walden friends for the Merlot Brown Bag Wine Dinner. Bring a bottle of your favorite Merlot, and enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a paired three course meal. Hors d’oeuvres will begin at 7 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:45 p.m. Cost is $35 per person++ for the following delicious menu:

Onion Tart with bacon, gruyere & wild greens

Peppered Filet of Prime Beef with gratin potatoes & green peppercorn sauce

Chocolate Soufflé with chocolate suace
